We recently brought our forever home with Fosters. We were first signed up to another agency but after 3 failed buyers we left and decided to sign with Fosters, why we didn't in the first place is beyond us as this was the best thing we could have done. Simon has made the whole moving process smooth, easy, well informed and most importantly SUCCESSFUL! After being so messed around previously we were just happy to have another agent on our side but we were blown away by Fosters (especially Simon's) efficacy, helpfulness and his wealth of knowledge. He explained every part we were unsure of, gave an honest valuation and was incredibly supportive of the whole process including our millions of questions, emails and calls! We could not recommend Simon and the team at Fosters enough and would encourage anyone looking to sell to look no futher!

I'm a solicitor acting for a buyer and Simon Brooks is the agent dealing with the sale. I have to say Simon has been nothing but exemplary in dealing with any issues that have arisen. Really refreshing to deal with an agent that works with the solicitor to ensure the clients interests are taken care of. We recently used Fosters to purchase a new family home in Aldershot. From the initial negotiations through to exchange of contracts, communication was consistent and supportive throughout. In particular, during the final stages, when the process became delayed and somewhat stalled by the solicitors, Michael stepped in, despite not having been involved from the outset, and handled matters professionally and efficiently to help get things over the line. I recently moved to the UK and had the arduous task of finding a rental home. I had been warned by many that this would be a very stressful and difficult process. After terrible experiences with two other estate agents, one of whom constantly booked then cancelled viewings and continually asked us to drop the price, even after 1 viewing, and the second where the person doing the viewings actually put people off buying by their behaviour and failure to actually conduct proper viewings, we were recommended Fosters. Thank goodness we listened to that recommendation. We immediately got a realistic valuation and a clear plan of how the house would be marketed. It was also really useful as Fosters were also acting for the vendors of the house we wanted to buy. Fosters, and Jamie in particular, were proactive, determined, contactable and offered regular detailed updates. Jamie's negotiation skills and advice meant that we have been successful in selling our house and buying the house we wanted. Recently sold my property with a huge amount of help from Simon and Jamie at Fosters. They were really helpful every step of the way. Especially as most of those steps were always very tricky. It has been great having one point of contact for payments and any issues which have been dealt with in a timely manner. He is really client focused and does his utmost for tenants, going that extra mile to help them out. I recently sold my flat in Aldershot with Fosters Estate Agents and had an absolutely amazing experience. Simon looked after me and my property throughout and was not only really professional and knowledgeable but he was also someone who I could talk to when things were going wrong with the sale and seek solid advice from. I honestly don't think I would have been able to get through to completion without Simon's support. He worked really hard to help out with both our solicitors (who were terrible) and put loads of time and effort into chasing them and keeping me and the buyer updated. First class estate agent, would recommend to everyone. So many estate agents are just all business with their only focus on the sale whereas Fosters were able to give that little bit extra and make the process supportive and they really cared too! I am appalled by the service I have received from this company. I have travelled 2 hours to view a property and I have been told 15 minutes before I was due to arrive that you were cancelling it. The reasons we were going to be slightly late were due to factors out of my control. The only reason I was drivIng two hours was to view this one property, so when they told me to ‘just rearrange’ their ignorance was evident. Their reasons for not being able to extend the wait time from 15 minutes to 20 minutes was ‘because she didn’t want to tell her boss to wait an extra 5 minutes’. I was informed that I was your last viewing of the day and that they couldn’t wait. Your close time listed on Google is 6 pm. We would have arrived at 5:20. I struggle to comprehend why they are unable to wait 5 minutes for a viewing that would take a maximum of 15 minutes if they close at 6? I have now wasted 2 hours of my time, and will need to drive another 2 hours back home because of their inconsiderate attitude. That is around £60 in petrol costs. I will not get that time nor money back over 5 minutes of their bosses time. I would advise not to use this estate agents as their 5 minutes is evidently more precious than your time and money
