Nick and the team at Henwick Properties were great with me at one of the most stressful and daunting times I’ve encountered yet as a single person/mother re homing me and my son quickly where other agencies didn’t give me a chance or weren’t prepared to, they made it so easy for me that I really didn’t believe it had happened that easily and quickly! When I've had issues Nick responded promptly and got things sorted in record time. I was impressed. Even the exit was fast and got my deposit back and everything wrapped up nice and quickly. Makes such a nice change because most lettings agents I've used have been slow or having to chase. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid Henwick Properties

If you are a property owner looking to rent your property out, then avoid this company, Henwick Properties, like the plague. They do not carry out and complete the relevant credit rating checks on people before they even move into the property, as they took on two people to rent my Mum's house out and they both had CCJ's against their names, even before they moved in, therefore, they should not have even been allowed to rent this property, however, the father and two sons who own and operate Henwick Properties did not do this, as they should have done anyway, as that is mandatory, period.

Connie replied to our emails very quickly and helped us find somewhere. Was really good at booking viewings last minute to fit around us. Company should just close down

Was a Tennant with Henwick for 8 years and over the 8 years they was hard work to deal with. I’d report issues and constantly have to chase them to follow up and to find they never actually actioned anything. Every time you speak to them they give you a clear impression that they don’t care as is more of a bother to them that you call.
