GoogleStacy is excellent. We are relocating and had travelled from Rutland. She showed us around 4 properties on a Friday evening (long after her day should have finished) as we were returning home the following day. She was patient, knowledgable about the properties and took us in her car to take the stress out of the process. Thank you so much Stacy!

Not the best experience in relation to my landlord but Lauren Clancy who was my contact at chancellor’s was excellent. So many issues with the property I was renting but Lauren went above and beyond to try and resolve them as quickly as she was able.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

Honestly, all the staff at Chancellors were fantastic and so so helpful throughout our selling process, but one agent in particular was just outstanding and that was Charlotte Morgan. Her communication and support was absolutely brilliant. Even out of the office, she made sure to always get back to us. Even during times of anxiety she made us feel so settled and would be so knowledgeable with all areas of the process. She completed the final viewing of the house and got us over the line! We will forever be grateful to her and the amount of client care she offered. To the team at Chancellors, we really appreciate your time and for helping us to move on to our forever home.
