GoogleI sold my flat December 2023 Nicholas was so approachable and helpful with some of the paperwork as I had not sold a property before, nothing was to much trouble. Katy was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to use Ward and Partner in Cliftonville

GoogleWould never recommend this place i have had a buyer for eighteen months, finally told got completion date, got one day away from that only to be told by solicitor that is not going to happen, at 76 yrs old with medical problems is the last thing I needed. Terrible service.

GoogleI have had a messy separation with my ex husband who has continuously been difficult with our joint asset (the house). Nicholas Florides from the Cliftonville office has been extremely patient, understanding and helpful during this frustrating time! Despite my ex playing controlling games with wanting to sell the house, buy the house, put the house on the market, take the house off the market, put the house back on the market now wants to buy again … Nicholas couldn’t have been any kinder about it all and was extremely helpful during a really stressful time. A huge thank you to him & I look forward to doing professional business with him when I look to buy my next home without someone’s dysfunctional man baby constantly stoping his feet around.

GoogleImpossible to say how great Victoria at Wards has been. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything, kindly and without ego. Went above and beyond on so many occasions. Held my hand through every step of the confusing process. Never treated me like an idiot no matter how many questions I asked. Efficient, direct, unflustered. Calm during all the difficult bits.
