Fin and Louise at margate

Fin at Margate right from the start was prompt and professional with dealing with sale. He also has a very friendly and genuine manner about him which we warmed to from the start. We were updated throughout. All the viewings were arranged and we were given helpful feedback. Louise at margate throughout the sale was keeping us updated with any progress. She was checking all the time with us and solicitors etc. She is so easy to deal with and approachable at all times and very professional too. Our experience overall was such a good one that we would not hesitate in recommending them.

All of the staff at Miles and Barr, without exception, have been kind, courteous, respectful and efficient throughout the whole process of selling my mums house. Rebecca Gravener has stood out in particular as she has been with me throughout. It was a challenging house to sell due to being age restricted and subject to the rules and regulations of two management companies, that were very slow to respond at every step of the way. Rebecca maintained an admirable level of professionalism, keeping calm, with a measured assertiveness under pressure, when needed. She always kept me in the loop during the many ups and downs. Simply the Best !

This will be the 3rd time we have trusted Miles and Barr to sell our property over the years. Each time that have been so professional and helpful at every stage guiding us through the process of buying and selling . This time we started with our valuation with Alex Munn he is a great communicator straight speaking and able to explain how he had come to his valuation giving you a good insight on an achievable price rather than perhaps have to make several price adjustments. We also viewed several properties with a lovely young man Bobby. He is really a credit to the company. He is so patient letting us take our time to view without feeling time pressure and sharing his knowledge of the property and the local area. Back at the office Maddie is busy working behind the scene forwarding those important offers always finding time to chat giving you the best advise. As we said 3rd time we have used their services and would happily recommend to any one in fact we feel they get better each time we have used them if that is possible!
