GoogleHad Tamara dealing with us on our current move and we couldn't be anymore happy with everything she's done for us.

GoogleAbsolutely no support with an uncooperative landlord. The landlord's themselves were absolutely terrible, the house was a complete bodge with insufficient insulation, useless kitchen extraction, no ventilation, mould that they refused to have rectified and so many broken contractual promises, not to mention they were laughably incompetent when it came to the deposit procedure which they dragged out for an obscenely long time (still waiting months after moving out for them to provide evidence), and we had absolutely no support or help from the letting agent.

FacebookI have been in my home for 13 years now, and have always recieved top quality service. If there has been a problem that needs reporting, I always here back within 24 hours. Its very rarely there is a problem with this property as it is kept well maintained. The staff and contractors are always very kind and professional.

GoogleWe had many problems with our landlord who was using Henderson Setterfield as his agent. We emailed and sent various letters to the agent about the issue and had no response at all. Not very happy with the service.
