O’Connell’s provided us with a friendly, professional service when we sold our house with them, going the extra mile in pushing the sale forward, following up directly with solicitors and the estate agent we were buying a property with to keep the sale moving. If you are selling or buying a house, you HAVE to go with o'connells. I cannot recommend them enough. Every member of staff we spoke to were excellent, especially Chris. So helpful, always available, updated on WhatsApp every step of the way. There for advice and helped with issues further on the chain aswell. After dealing with other estate agents in the county and seeing how poorly they treat clients, these guys are way ahead of the game. I have been singing their praises to friends all the way through and especially now our house has completed. Thankyou so much o'connells.

Not a fair party when it come to review of the deposit. Started the email to us accusing us of damage that was show in the original inventory of the rent. Acted like bully's and that they knew better when they were clearly not looking at the original inventory at all. The way that the process of moving out from one of their managed properties was handled was slow, poorly managed and the customer service was shocking.

These guys are amazing! I have brought and sold many times and it's been stressful and horrendous! Roy and Adam made the experience so much more manageable. I felt listened to, valued and kept in the loop. They ensured I had weekly updates from all parties, answering all questions timely, and put my mind at rest. They even made sure we completed on time, despite some difficult solicitors! I did not know the true function of an estate agent until dealing with move around. They also put me onto an amazing financial advisor who got me a better deal with mortgages and life insurance than I was offered elsewhere. All in all, the moral of the story is; I would never go with another agent! I will highly recommend move around! Thank you to you all!
