Rob Toomey had the best market insight of the estate agents I contacted. His fees are competitive. It is safe to say that we would still be waiting to complete the sale had it not been for Rob’s excellent, calm and informed commercial advice and perspective, his actions in chasing up recalcitrant conveyancers and pushing matters along, as well as putting up with my incredulity at how poorly conveyancers are able to perform. His partner, Roy O’Connell, stepped into provide a seamless service when he went on holiday, of which he gave advanced notice unlike other players in the transaction. I would strongly recommend Rob and his firm.

O’Connell Property Agents are a family run independent estate agent and have managed my property for over eight years, Roy and his team found me a very suitable tenant with their knowledge, experience and expertise in this field. For the whole of the eight years the whole landlord experience was stress free as they have an excellent customer service policy and endeavour to provide a service with excellence, not once did the team ever not return my call, always helpful, professional and polite, I can not thank you all enough, if you have property to rent then Roy O’Connell and his team come highly recommended. This professional service was then followed on with the estate agency part of the business as O’Connells then proceeded to market my property, they managed all the viewings all the viewings were followed with written feedback, my property sold very quickly and this too has been a very stress free experience. Absolutely a 5 star review. O'Connells have helped us on 3 occasions over the last 15 years, both buying and selling, most recently selling my late Mums retirement flat. Communication is the key for me and O'Connells are 10/10 for this. Frequent updates, even during the times when the wheels turn slowly you're never left wondering what is happening. Oli, based at Tewkesbury was an absolute star, always friendly, always professional, always approachable, even with the smallest query. Bravo O'Connells, once again you been the best.

I recently used this agency to rent a fantastic 3 bedroom house in Gloucester. I dealt with a very friendly chap called Oli. As a truck driver I find it very hard to get days off in the week for viewings etc. Oli was fantastic help in working around this issue and helping me through the process of renting a property. When I went to collect the keys he even gave me two bottles of wine which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this agency. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

After months on the market without a single offer we relisted our property with O 'Connell and wow how I wish we had come to them the first time! Rob was professional and exceedingly knowledgeable about the local area and market conditions. The standard of the photography and the video for our listing were exceptional and helped us to achieve an accepted offer within 3 weeks. Kate was brilliant and helped us with the sale progress and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We found that correct procedures were followed from the start of our purchase, and important issues were clarified. Roy was very willing to arrange extra viewings even over the Christmas period. Really happy with the speed of sale and price achieved for my property when I used O’Connell Property Agents. I used a large agent and a local agent to market the property but both were unsuccessful however when I changed to O’Connell Property Agents they improved the marketing using professional photographs and floorplan plus they used video marketing as well.
