GoogleWe went for a first viewing on a house in Tewkesbury that needed some updating and required us to look closely at parts of the house, we had seen the house on Rightmove but were instantly interested as a project house. the agent from Andrews, met us at the house - however he couldn't answer our questions, and after only 15 minutes of looking he told us he would have to go as he had another appointment and ushered us out. we felt we were not taken seriously as young first time buyers and felt he didn't really want to be there. the house is also for sale with another estate agent so now we have contacted them, and they have lost us as a customer.

GoogleLovely people, genuinely trying to do their best, who were instructed to market a farmhouse in Tewkesbury as a 5 bedroom manor house. It was in fact a cowboy build with damp and awful smells from dirty water leakages. We left 5 months into the tenancy and took the hit. Andrews at this point simply abdicated responsibility and directed us to the "landlord " - the builder's brother. Can't dissuade anyone enough from renting Front Farmhouse .
