Arranging our viewing was straight forward and Isaac Biggerstaff sorted times and keys etc. He arrived before us and was very welcoming and personable. He showed us around the apartment without being over bearing, allowing us time to look into every nook and cranny, but on hand to answer our questions. Apathetic, duplicitous, Avoid! As a tenant they were apathetic towards any issues with the property resulting in several weeks without hot water, or working toilet. After ending my tenancy they used deceitful and duplicitous tactics to drive down the amount of the deposit to be returned. I cannot stress enough how Important it is for tenants to avoid this company
