GoogleWe can't recommend Jon, Jeanette and the team enough at the Brockworth branch. Throughout our whole house purchase we have felt supported with expert knowledge and experience. Queries were replied to in a very timely manner and the team did all they could to facilitate completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.
Tom,Thank you for your review of Andrews Leasehold property management.The scope and detail of the maintenance for Leasehold buildings is agreed upon with the Directors of the Leasehold company. Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. I own my flat but share a communal hall way and front door. I pay towards any maintenance and repairs shared by all the residents. I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed. GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Andrews. We had been looking for over a year & met lots of estate agents. This was our first experience with Andrews. Rebecca was by far the best! Not only is she really relatable, she was really responsive & talked us through the process as first time buyers. Rebecca made a really stressful process - seamless! I would absolutely recommend Andrews but in particular the lovely Rebecca. Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

GoogleWe sold and purchased properties via the Andrews Brockworth branch. Overall, we found them to be very informative, supportive and great communicators. Both Rebecca and John made us feel at ease and were great at showing us round new properties whilst also being very passionate about selling our property. We had considered using Purple Bricks initially, but it was clear during the process the value added using Andrews. We also used Garry Maisey the Andrews Mortgage advisor, who we have been using for years and cannot recommend highly enough. Additionally, Hannah in the post sales team was amazing during the time of selling to completing. Our only criticism was being recommended Andrews Move With Us to arrange a solicitor. Unfortunately the quote was misleading and did not include all of our requirements.
