GoogleLeanne at the Tenterden branch is incredible! Although we are only in the early stages of our house purchase, Leanne has been so efficient up to this point. We missed out on this house twice after it sold, but Leanne was so quick to act once it had fallen though that her call was the real reason why we were able to secure the house. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

GoogleHad a really good experience with Wards in our recent purchase, which was a bit bumpy at times! Leanne was very personable and calming, and managed to get us a very prompt viewing to allow us to secure our offer on the property. Throughout the process, she always offered to help and keep things moving along the way. Alex dealt with the commercial side of the offer, put us in contact with a great financial adviser who we used to arrange our mortgage. Alex was particularly great when we lost our first buyer, keeping everyone calm and the chain intact whilst we found another. Overall, a brilliant experience - I would highly recommend. GoogleWards at Tenterden were amazing, Really helpful and have helped us through a very difficult sale. Charlie who showed us the property was great and she made sure she kept us up to date. Alex and holly were brilliant keeping us in the loop and chasing after who ever we needed them too and often even when we didn't have to ask they kept on top of everything.Would highly recommend using them and if we decide to move again we will definitely use them again.
