How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!

After renting with Bairstow Eves, Billericay for 5 years. What an awful experience. The attitude from the staff to the wait time of repairs (months) was ludicrous. Even to this date trying to our FULL deposit back took over 2 weeks! Why? I am so glad we don’t have to deal with this company anymore! Good bye & farewell.

Poor service all around. Estate agents sold services and then once that was done never bothered to really keep me updated. I had to ring them with updates and then when making an official complaint, that was just ridiculous as well.They have given conflicting/false information and haven’t been helpful towards myself and partner. Wouldn’t use to buy, sell or rent a house with these!

The agents here are completely irresponsible. They don't follow up and treat people badly. I am a buyer when dealing with them. They lost our information sent to them, don't care about data privacy, and are very rude when we ask for a confirmation whether they have finally received our details. I will never let them sell any of my own properties

GoogleExcellent service from the first visit of a representative to assess the value of the house, through advertising, to completion of the sale. The staff kept us informed on a regular basis by phone or email of how things were progressing. Staff mediated contact with the buyer and liaised efficiently with our solicitor. The team were knowledgeable, professional and competent. We would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house.

I used the Clacton On Sea branch to sell my late mothers property. Everyone was sympathetic at what was a difficult time. They kept me informed throughout and kept the sale moving forward. Im not local and they went over and above getting a meter reading for me. Id highly recommend.
