Welcome to our Temple Fortune Office. G&H have been helping our customers for very many years with a local knowledge and know-how that is, quite simply, second to none. Some of us live here, others have worked here for very many years so we are well placed to understand the area and all its hidden charms. Our local expertise is then backed up by Goldschmidt and Howland’s formidable resources, specialist teams and network of offices ensuring we get the most out of the local market and deliver the best possible results for our clients. A strong community spirit is an intrinsic part of TF and we are pleased to play our part by supporting local events. Our office is located in the hustle and bustle of the main Street just up from M&S and Waitrose by Landys the chemist and you are welcome to pop in whenever you want.

GoogleI found the whole team to be very professional both the letting department that have looked after me for years and the sales team, but special mention must go to Jeremy Landes , whose patience with me was unbelievable , he not only had to deal with me , but the purchaser and a very difficult tenant and he managed it all with great charm & curtesy. i would have no hesitation in recommending Goldschmidt to anyone who wanted to buy , sell or rent .PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI had an exceptional experience selling a home with Cobi. He is knowledgable, professional, helpful, clear and responsive. Whilst always being on tops of things and very organised, he has a calm demeanour, which was reassuring. We managed an amazing sale and all parties were delighted by the outcome. I also had contact with Jeremy, who was equally wonderful. It was a pleasure working with you both and the firm. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJeremy from G&H helped us find our dream home. I especially appreciated that we were only contacted when a property matched all our requirements and never sent us on viewings that weren't likely possibilities. We were always kept in the loop and they helped make the sale go smoothly. I would recommend going to see them when purchasing a property for honest and professional agents!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
