GoogleExtremely poor service.

Hi Ed, We are sorry that you feel let down by our service following your vacation of the property and the small deduction from your deposit. As discussed, we have to deal with cleaning disputes by fact and by comparing the condition of the property when you moved in with the condition of the property when you moved out. You did not agree and were then advised of the TDS process, which you declined to take any further. Please rest assured that we are strictly monitored by our governing bodies. We strive to provide an excellent service and the last thing we want is for unhappy landlords or tenants. We are pleased that an agreement has now been reached by both parties and understand that the matter has been finalised. Please do accept our very best well wishes for your new home. Kind regards, Nick Tart Lettings

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
