Just moved into a rented house with my boyfriend after having the worst experience in our first rent with terrible letting agents imperial wouldn’t advice them to anyone they were rude and wouldn’t do what they say to you on the phone, however through all the paper work and anything else nick tart have been amazing and so understanding, we would like to thank recce personally he has always responded to us right away and helped us with any enquires that we have I would Definitely recommend nick tart best letting agency out there.

We have recently just moved to Bridgnorth from Devon and Nick Tart made the process very smooth for us. They called us and kept us updated when they said they would and when we didn’t get the first house we wanted, they helped us with another house straight away and were very efficient. Any problems we had on the way they were quick to help and now we’re happily settled in our new home and if we were ever to need Nick Tart again, we know that we would get the right support that’s needed.

We have used Nick Tart for about four years now to let and manage our properties with good results. They are honest, professional and go to a lot of trouble to get things right. They are fair with the landlord and the tenant equally. Before coming to Nick Tart we used a couple of smaller, independent Telford agencies who had very low professional standards. All in all, Nick Tart's lettings team stand out in the area - they're by far the best we have come across. I have no hesitation in recommending them to landlord and tenant alike.

Started off great.... Soon changed though! Countless calls to get things sorted. Still everything didn't get fixed. I was even told to contact the landlord myself???? Was only given one key for the front door and a year later i still only have one. Blocked drain not fixed, window vents not fixed(causing mould). Had a water leak due to fault with bath and had water coming through ceiling and the ceiling STILL not sorted. Mind you it has only been 10 months so far.
