Multiple snags, poor customer service. We have mould in our bathroom that keeps coming back and they have refused to help. There must be a ventilation defect. Lots of neighbours complain of issues too. Their advice was "to leave a window open"

Excellent customer service, better quality build & able to view show homes for many different properties helped me decide lovell was the best option. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement & on this occasion couldn't offer me any discounts or offers on flooring & other extras which was a slight disappointment. looking forward to completion, relocation & a new lifestyle.

Worst service we’ve ever received, been in for 7 months and still a long list of jobs not done. We have had over 3 occasions where jobs are booked in and nobody shows up. Emails are constantly ignored and no support. If the house was done properly in the first place we wouldn’t have such a long list to be resolved.

Just bought my second home off Lovell (didn't learn the first time) with my first house they installed the wrong kitchen. My second property is now facing a 5 week delay and counting, awful customer service and communication.
