GoogleWas a tenant with Renee, she was the most responsive and helpful agent I have ever had. Two weeks having left I am already getting the typical useless runaround with the new agent - will be coming back with her if I ever return to the area. The only time I have ever felt prioritized as a tenant - cannot be understated.
Aw thank you Jake you were an awesome tenant!

GoogleFantastic customer Service. Outstanding attention to detail. Ultra rapid response and resolution. Renee is everything I want and need from my letting agent. She goes above and beyond. I am so Happy she went out and started her own business. Absolutely personalised service. Not to mention, quickest turnaround I have ever had from Old tenants out and New tenants in. Keep up the supreme work. Thank you.

GoogleWe were fortunate to have the amazing Renèe support us moving into our first home as a couple. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and it was speedy and hassle free. We would 100% recommend Candour Property and Renèe to anyone who is looking for a property agent. We saw one other property and Renèe knew instantly after only a few conversations that we would fall in love with another property she had available. She was right and we instantly were in love and are now in our dream home ! Renèe Has been supportive and the most helpful throughout the whole journey. Thank you.

GoogleMyself and my family have recently moved into one of the properties managed by Renee and her team. Very professional from start to finish, kind and helpful, answering all of our questions, and making the transition of moving into a rented property easy. Would highly recommend Renee and the team. 😊 …

GoogleWhat a refreshing change, moving house really isn't the easiest task and most of the letting agents I've stumbled across in Bicester have no sense of what good customer service looks like. Candour is something very different, a personal touch, that call back that was promised. I would certainly have no problem recommending Renée and would suggest that all local landlords get in touch.
Aw what a lovely review thank you :-) so glad I could assist and I hope you will be very happy in your new home!

GoogleExcellent advice and assistance from Renee. We sold our house whilst living at the opposite end of the country and relied extensively on Renee to look after the property and help us market it. She went over and above - even dealing with the mail and tidying the flat before viewings! We can’t thank her enough.

Thank you for the review. I am not sure who you are except you seem to be leaving all letting agents 1 star - if you have an issue to discuss please give me a call I’d be more than happy to assist Renèe Owner 01869 629888

Dear Mark I have searched all phone records/leads and databases and have no record of who you are - it seems you are leaving negative reviews for all Lettings agents. If you have an issue I may help with please do give me a call Renèe Owner 01869 629888
