Helpful, no-nonsense (no BS!) accessible and friendly. It started with Paul\'s excellent advice and listing details, followed by superb photos, which showed our house to its best advantage. Paul, Jen and the team (especially Jen, who is the main point of contact) have been really helpful with liaising between buyers and sellers.
