Dart and Partners Teignmouth reviews

Thanks for your review!

We are sorry that you felt it necessary to leave us a one-star review. It is also a shame that your review was the first contact we had with you for many months. The residential lettings office tried for a very long time and in a variety of different ways to connect with you to try and resolve the situation but no response was forthcoming.

Do we know you?

Thank you

Thank you for your review.

Thanks :-)

Dear Rosemary, it seems very unfair to leave a one star review based purely on a member of staff forgetting to respond to a message that was sent to their personal mobile phone. This is especially so after the same staff member has gone out of their way to arrange a virtual tour of a property that was already well oversubscribed in terms of potential tenants :-(

Thanks Freddie.

Thank you for taking the time to rate us, Garry.

This is a retaliatory review based on the perceived amount of time our lettings office was taking to resolve an issue at Ms Sanders property. This review is in no way an accurate reflection of the service offered by our lettings office or indeed any part of Dart & Partners.

Many thanks Paul

Thank you Mr Hall :-)
