GoogleGreat service from the team at Bradley's. From the first initial viewing, to putting in an offer, and wanting additional viewings for measuring up etc the team were more than happy to accommodate. The team explained the process to us well as my partner and I are first time buyers. We would be happy to use Bradley's again in the future.

GoogleAwful. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has not requested a viewing for a property because it is listed with Bradley's. No contact. Calling the office constantly to be told its with head office. No customer service. Repetitve form filling. In a time when the market is moving so quickly, it baffles me how slow and unresponsive they are.

They won't answer any question regarding a property if you don't feed first their database with your personal details. Clearly they don't care about privacy in an age when AI bots are all over data mining information.

GoogleFrom initial enquiry, through viewing properties and finally to purchase, the team at the Newton Abbot branch of Bradley’s haven been first class. They listened, suggested only relevant properties and offered intelligent observations. Their customer service was excellent throughout and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them as an estate agent of choice.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made to feel like my thoughts and views were insignificant and I was stupid!! I have been in sales and senior management for 25years and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to sell their home, people deserve more than this company delivers.

GoogleThey were so so helpful and obliging when I had problems with my electricity supply. They spent many hours on the phone to edf energy (an awful company to deal with) as well as attending the property several times to try and sort everything out. So, full marks to Bradleys, Newton Abbot and all their helpful staff.

I'm not good at using computers and sending emails etc. The staff at Bradleys are so helpful, anything I wasn't sure about, I would call them and they would give me advice. I can't fault there great service and friendly attitude. Thanks Bradleys.

Went into Taunton office a week ago for a valuation on my apartment , was told I would get a phone call back later in the day , one week later still no phone call . It’s now going on with the agent next door , and guess what I won’t be buying off Bradley’s

GoogleAbsolutely awful, no way of contacting them via the phone as you press the option and are then disconnected. You are then expected to divulge all sorts of personal details before they even confirm the properties availablity. Finally the online chat system confirms the properties availablity for the office to then contradict this entirely. You would think you could get the basics in order or update your own website with this information.

GoogleAwful filled in on line forms , no response...tried ringing just kept getting told to fill in forms. Absolutely shocking !!!
