Google1* Outcome = Lots of promises and nothing reasonable delivered. 1.5* Service = Customer service only really matters when things aren't going well. No meaningful attempt to find a reasonable outcome with refusal to discuss sensible compromises.

Having looked at the matter further, I see that the value of the advertised property not being aligned with the current market demand is the main factor in your property not being sold. The team conducted multiple viewings, provided feedback, and updated you regularly, they understood your choice and reasoning for renting the property too so appears harsh to provide a 1.5-star review. They won't answer any question regarding a property if you don't feed first their database with your personal details. Clearly they don't care about privacy in an age when AI bots are all over data mining information.

She went above and beyond to help us and make sure exchange and completion dates went ahead as soon as possible. Made buying our first house a stress free process, very grateful!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made to feel like my thoughts and views were insignificant and I was stupid!! I have been in sales and senior management for 25years and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to sell their home, people deserve more than this company delivers.

GoogleEmailed Mon 8th Aug for more info on a property, chased by calling Wed's 10th and on Fri 12th, on Fri 12th was told they couldn't find the info and someone was back from holiday on Mon so would get to me then. Didn't hear anything so chased Fri 19th and was told by Jade that someone would get back to me on Friday - didn't hear anything. Feel sorry for the people who have trusted them to sell their property when they're ignoring interested potential buyers
