It is good to receive regular weekly information on views to our property online and the situation of same type properties for sale nearby. There are more properties we know of nearby that do not show but overall this is a great indication of how we are doing in our sale so thank you GetAgent.

Just had a call from James Richardson of GetAgent. It was a courtesy call to check my evaluation request had been followed up. He was professional, friendly and helpful with good advice. He also sent me an email with good searching questions to ask estate agents.

She understood my inexperience and listened and offered assistance to allow me to move forward and enhance my search for the most appropriate firm - obviously still to be selected. The brief conversation I had with the caller, Liam, was conducted in a polite and friendly manner. He was both informative and helpful. Although as a senior citizen I would prefer to be addressed formally and not informally which today appears to be obligatory.That said the service provided was both satisfactory and efficient.

Jasmine, was very polite, explained this properly, very with the answers. Gave me good advice and what to look out for and what type of questions to ask. I did mention I am in hospital and going to go through an operation so may not be able to contact the agents straight away . She was very understanding.

Complete waste of time - value of my property 100k out!!! Whatever algorithm they use is totally rubbish. do not trust this site at all- Rubbish.

Online estimated valuations can vary from house to house when influential data points cannot be considered from the many factors that determine a market value. Although i have not sold our property , I am always looking for help and advice. I received a post from GetAgent that i found really interesting. It is so different to the usual information i get ,that i wanted to share with others wanting to buy or sell.
