Having spoken to a couple of local agents I found GetAgent. Within a short while of entering some information to access details on local agents I had a very courteous call from Mponda Ngulwa who gave me some helpful tips, discussed local agents and immediately arranged for another agent to make contact. Very helpful at the start of this process.

GetAgent was helpful to compare agents, but they need to be more up front about the commission fees they take as a result of using their site. I ended up having to pay the estate agent a higher commission than they would have otherwise charged as a result which was frustrating
