I received a call from O’Neil who was absolutely brilliant and took time to explain the process and the best estate agents in my area to consider when I decide to sell my property. This is the first time in selling and O’Neil took time to explain the process, sent me emails about questions I should be asking before I decide in the estate agent to go with. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

What a find, not only did the site show really great information that would take some time to find for yourself, I also got some great advice and information in the process from James Richardson who called me from Get Agent. My first thought the usual "here we go, a canvassing call" but stick with it...it was worth while.Not often impressed with this stuff...but was here.

Too many emails and immediately got unsolicited phone calls. Probably sell your contact details to loads of marketing places and you end up harassed. What you get for selling them you details isn't worth it.

This was my first experience of using GetAgent, having seen the TV adverts previously. The ability to assess key comparables between companies, such as the fee price, average sale time and achieved asking price, was of massive benefit as we were able to limit the number of requested valuations in line with our budget. A phone call followed from Chantelle, who was brilliant; she offered separate advice and insights into local agents, which helped inform our decision, and even provided a list of questions to consider putting towards the respective agents, including several I'd not thought of myself. To top things off, this service is free! I would recommend GetAgent to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Spoke to an estate agent and they said this company will charge for phoning 2 estate agents. 0.25% of asking price. Absolute scam stay away. I will now not use those 2 estate agents

I should have read the t+c properly I guess. They add a percentage to your seller fees for their "service". Honestly, save yourself some money and just look at local estate agents and make your mind up from there. Save yourself (potentially) hundreds of pounds

Edit 05/12: I was contacted by their client services director to discuss this review. They were very polite and apologetic and we had a really productive discussion about how this occured. The customer service level was excellent, so I've amended this review to reflect that.All I wanted to do was browse estate agents in my area. It was my mistake to add my contact details, I had assumed it would be like getting insurance quotes. I was immediately called. The person on the phone was professional, but I made it clear I was not looking to sell in the near future. They said that was fine and they would just email me the quote info. Instead, they sent my details on without my permission to estate agents listed in my quote requesting valuations I did not want or ask for. Really not sure that is GDPR compliant and there is no clear way to get your details removed from their database.
