Michael & his team have looked after me as a repeat customer for over 13 years. His company have efficiently marketed my 4 bedroom house and found me professional tenants. They have then made sure the whole process has been hassle free every step of the way. When a tenant has decided to move on, Ushers have worked hard to advertise my property for rent again and have fond me a tenant in record time. I have found their service and fees to be excellent. I chose Ushers because they are a truly independent family owned business and they go the extra mile for landlords & owners.

They did well on recommending estate agents but, it doesn’t advise that if you pick the one they recommended that the estate agent fees will be higher to pay this company. If this was advised before filling in the details I probably wouldn’t have compared them.

I spoke with Ahmed at GetAgent, who was brilliant. He outlined the different things I should consider when deciding which estate agent to go with; he sent me a list of questions to ask estate agents and also explained what I should expect from an estate agent. His advice was great, and he has equipped me with far more knowledge on what an estate agent should be offering and what to be cautious about. I would highly recommend GetAgent for first-time buyers to fifth-time buyers/sellers

I came across GetAgent while looking for estate agents in my area. Ahmad called shortly after I filled in the online form and I soon had four valuations set up. GetAgent made the process of comparing agents much easier and I appreciated the advice on rates and average costs as well as performance. One thing to note: some local agents I expected to see didn't feature in the GetAgent shortlist, so it's worth doing your own research as well. Overall, though, I'd recommend this comparison service--and it's free to use!

It was good to be able to compare.A very helpful young lady called Robyn followed up our visit and has given me a lot of information regarding the market and what to expect and ask the agents at the initial appraisal and valuation.Very pleased I found the website.

I filled in their website enquiry page. Within minutes I was getting calls from estate agents. I did not ask for this and consider it a breach of trust and privacy. I am investigating whether it is a breach of data protection. Do not trust these people.

Gave my details to estate agents without permission and now I have to pay higher costs with my estate agent because this company decides they take a cut for providing a list of agents in the area. Do not be fooled!!

Once you make an enquiry on our website regarding your property, our Client Services team will contact you to discuss your enquiry and answer any questions you may have in regards to the information provided. I understand my colleague Jack has been in contact with you to discuss your experience and explained that following your conversation with our team on 8th March, you agreed to hear from 2 of the best performing agents to discuss your next steps. You subsequently went live with one of those agents who offered a competitive fee of 0.95% but were unable to reduce that further. 0.95% is a lower than average fee which is why that particular agent was unable to reduce further. We offer a non-chargeable service to homeowners, providing recent performance comparisons of all the best local estate agents. They don't tell you that they get 25% of the commission which makes negotiating a deal with the Estate Agents more difficult. Would not use again you can Google search for agents and very easy to make your own appointments.
