Not responding since we left the flat. Not returning the deposit

After having lived in one of the flats they manage during one year, and after all the issues we have faced (moisture, leaking pipes, disgusting stuffs coming out of the pipes in the bathtub, etc) we have now left the flat. Unfortunately, they do not respond to our emails anymore and complete radio silence in regards to our deposit, although the contract mentioned that it should have been returned at the latest a few months ago. If issue not resolved, legal action will be taken against the company.

We instructed Sarah Cull from the Salisbury office of S&P to assist with the sale of a property owned by a company in administration (in respect of which we were the administrators. Sarah, Fiona and the rest of the team went over and above to achieve a sale at list price despite a number of hurdles that arose along the way including the original purchaser dropping out.
