We have viewed several properties with other agents over the last 2 years but never Miller Town & Country before this. It was a totally different experience. Alison was everything you would want as she was friendly, professional and had a great depth of knowledge of not only the property she was showing us but also of the local area which is extremely helpful if like us are moving from elsewhere. From what we heard Miller T & C have this approach to all their clients whether you are the vendor or the purchaser. You do feel that they are also working for you and would not want you to buy something unsuitable.They are not just trying to sell you something. We are not at the end of the process yet and it may well be that the property we viewed will come to nothing but we will certainly hope to deal with Miller's as we look at other options. Personally, I have been in property development and management both residential and commercial most of my working career and have dealt with countless agents. Consequently I know a good agent when I see one.

Firstly the enthusiasm of the whole team was second to none, they all must really love their jobs. Always friendly, helpful and understanding. Ours was a difficult sale, not the estate agents doing but the staff never wavered always putting a positive spin on developments. I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Aaron stayed calm and professional throughout, kept everyone moving, and worked hard to find solutions which suited both sides. His communication was outstanding. A good well built and presented property which would suit our requirements at the right price. Only drawback is the restricted space for the dining area, however could be overcome. Double garage is a bonus and the size of the garden is ideal.

The staff at Tavistock branch were amazing, especially Sally Collings. I was the seller and had a horrific and unprofessional solicitor who I thought was deliberately trying to destroy the sale as he was that bad. If it hadn't been for Sally's constant and tireless efforts, which went above and beyond, I think the chain would have collapsed. I cannot recommend Miller T&C any more highly.

Truly terrible estate agents.

Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.

We felt very supported at every step of the process, with frequent check-ins and updates and super quick responses to our questions. Sally managed our purchase once our offer was accepted and she went above and beyond to help get us into our new home before Christmas. At one point it was looking impossible due to issues created by our mortgage lender, but Sally used her connections and worked incredibly efficiently (and resolutely!) with our mortgage broker to get everything resolved in time.
