Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

Victoria at the Sevenoaks branch marketed a property we purchased.Although not technically 'our' agent as she was marketing the property we purchased, rather than were selling, she went truly above and beyond to help us get the transaction through. Phoning up and down the chain to unblock situations when they got stuck, just amazingly proactive. We were really impressed

Got shown around a flat that turned out not to be for us but the viewing agent Shirlie I must say was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the apartment, the area and developer. Tried to come up with solutions to our issues with the property without being pushy or unrealistic in her suggestions.

Have had a couple of viewings recently as just starting the journey to think about getting more space than we currently have. Been shown around by Katherine who was just great. So relaxed, nice, informed, and just felt really comfortable and supported. Great experience, and will continue working with Katherine as we look to find out next place.

Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.

Andrew Harwood at the Sevenoaks office is an absolute gem. Handled a high value sale magnificently. He has just the right touch, knowing when to push and when to tread carefully. Always accessible, friendly and with plenty of sensible advice. He’s backed up by a charming team who were informed and efficient throughout. Very highly recommended!

If I could have given less I would have.The agent did not turn up for our viewing in Chelsea, I contacted their office before the appointment time to confirm the appointment, they said they would get back to me, I am still waiting. Completely wasted my morning. Vendors be aware they may be costing you sales.

They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.

Great experience. A very personalised service . Sold house with 6 weeks when a previous agent was able to find us a buyer. Agents easy to access and we were pleased that they personally dealt with the sale rather than delegating roles to office staff. Would recommend.
