GoogleMy communications with BOP related to our purchase. The customer experience is second to none. Always available via telephone, response times to emails and call backs within a couple of hours.
Emma was my contact who I consider exceptional in her dealings with us and third parties. Not only was Emma extremely professional and knowledgeable, she was also an ear and worked in collaboration with me in times of complications (we all know how this happens with house-moving). A down to earth lady of which, made the difference to me personally with our house move.
I had contact with Mark who was very helpful when collecting our keys. We agreed a safe location for collection as we were not arriving to the area until the evening. Such a relief this was remedied without hassle!
Emma continued to support after purchase completion, that in itself speaks volumes.
I have no hesitation recommending BOP and awarding 5 stars!
