Just when our chain seemed to be collapsing Mark went above and beyond to renegotiate the whole chain so everyone was happy. And a special shout-out to Emma and Elle whose professionalism and tenacity in the face of considerable challenges kept the wheels on the train and meant we were able to pick up the keys to our dream home today. Their attention to detail and super-responsiveness made us feel like we were their only client. We weren’t of course, but it speaks volumes that we felt like that. It was a rollercoaster ride but they were there through every peak and trough, and not afraid to hold people’s feet to the fire.
