GoogleWe recently purchased a property from TRG Lawrence &son and we were blown away by the level of service we received. Nothing was to much trouble from viewing the house multiple times to contacting the vendor to ask questions on our behalf with quick responses. We viewed a few properties from other estate agents and not one matched up to these. Because of everything they done it made a very smooth and easy purchase. 5 stars is really not a high enough rating as they went above and beyond.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Brian and his team. He got us three viewings that resulted in two offers, he gave us very good advice on which offer to accept and he was spot on. Our sale went through as smoothly as sales can during lockdown. He maintained contact throughout and no query was too much trouble. We would highly reccomend TRG.

GoogleI highly recommend this Estate Agent. Brian and his team have been excellent, providing top class service, being very reactive, making quick and good sales and completely on the ball. They have always been ready to listen and reply within minutes to a couple of hours. I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for all their expertise and support. GoogleVery impressive service. Brian and the team were so helpful during our purchase of our first property. We were new to the whole process and they helped us every step of the way. We got second viewings,advice on offers and strong links between solicitors which allowed our purchase to move quickly. We highly recommend TRG. Googlewe were 5 minutes late for the appointment due to the traffic, arrive with the agent already gone. phone them up, insist that they've wait 10minutes before left which where is that 5minutes gap between we arrived and they left? god knows! And he insisted that he phoned me about the late but my phone didn't pick up, and there's no record showing anybody phoned in , nor voice mail, however my phone worked fine on picking up other calls and messages. Also, the person sound so rude on the phone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
I am sorry you feel the way you do, but you being late would have made us late for our other appointments, if we had received a call from you informing us you were going to be late due to traffic we could have arranged something for you, by giving our other clients a courtesy call to say we were running late.

FacebookWhere do I start? We employed TRG Lawrence after interviewing several agents to sell our house in Taunton. Brian was the only one who came across as someone who didt just tell you what you wanted to hear in order to get the instruction. As quick as lightening the property was listed on their website and the national websites of Rightmove etc. The house sold very quickly but as so very often our buyers pulled out for personal reasons, Mr Derbyshire was at all times sympathetic and completely professional and quickly found another purchaser. Once again we were let down at the 11th hour! the selling of houses can only be regarded as thee most frustrating activity on the planet!! and again Mr Derbyshire and his team diligently set out to find another buyer and did so within a matter of days, we are very pleased to say that matters are going along nicely and at last we are hopeful of a completion. At every stage of this TRG Lawrence & Son have acted with complete professionalism, offering unbiased advice, backed up by a wealth of REAL experience in the Somerset market place! They have been punctual, attended every viewing and been reliable in returning any feedback. I am seriously impressed with this company and would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to consider them! You just simply cannot beat a good professional and personal service!!

GoogleWe had a very difficult house sale, through no fault of TRG. We were ready to give up on the sale but Brian and Nathan never gave up and got the sale through to a very very happy conclusion for us. Selling a house is a very stressful process but Brian and Nathan were always cheerful and optimistic and their profession advice and guidance got us through. We would thoroughly recommend TRG Lawrence !!!!
