Brian and Nathan have been nothing but amazing helping me buy my first home. As a first time buyer I had no clue what I was doing, but Brian was only a phone call away when I was struggling with finding the right information. Nathan sold me the house as soon as I saw it due to his enthusiasm and love for his job. After viewing multiple houses I lost hope in estate agents turning up late and not knowing anything about the property, both Brian and Nathan were prompt, and could answer any question I threw at them. Brian being the director of the company and still getting involved in viewings is a lovely touch, makes you feel secure knowing you’re getting the highest standard. The negativity, the constant moaning, the obstructiveness - everything is a problem with this agent regardless who you speak to in their office, I was selling a property and got thoroughly fed up with having to deal with them. On top of this their sloppiness - right from the start, they came out and looked round, then sent a draft floorplan with rooms in the wrong place, other rooms mis-labelled etc, as though they'd never been to the house. This should have been enough of a warning sign of what was coming. In the end it sat on the market with them, while they seemed to make no attempt to sell it - as soon as I could, I moved it to a competent agent.

Brian got my house on the market the same day I agreed to sell with him, he sold it three days later and I felt gave me some straightforward helpful guidance. We had some bumps in the road getting the sale across the line but Brian was super communicative and really did the lions share of the communication with rubbish solicitors in the chain. Brian worked really hard to keep everything moving and I would have confidence I him to sell my house again. Not that i plan on moving ever again!

Brian could not have been more helpful when selling my elderly parents bungalow. He included me in all communications as well as my parents and he was so respectful to my parents, who both have dementia. He accompanied all viewings and made sure my parents were comfortable and happy with everything going on. He sold the bungalow within a week of putting it on the market and then proceeded to keep in contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Could not have picked a better estate agent.
