Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

Lettings team were extremely helpful. Found me a tenant within 3 days for my flat in Kidderminster. Very professional and did it very quickly. Did not have a rushed feel - just a good one.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

Had a valuation done by Elizabeth Smith today from the St Budeaux branch in Plymouth,she was fantastic, really helpful explaining the selling and marketing of my property.
