GoogleProfessionalism and personal service goes hand in hand with our experience with selling our home with ‘nest’. Every update, all responses were immediate, it made selling our home of over thirty years almost absent of worry. Our agent got to know our property and we felt completely at ease with viewings performed entirely by them. I would have no hesitation in recommending ‘nest’, a truly professional and up to date service.

GoogleThe team have been nothing but exceptional. Always done what they promised, valued and marketed our house within days and arranged everything promptly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, always going the extra mile to try and make things happen. It's been a pleasure to have this team represent us I can't say the journey has been a pleasure or easy due to slow solicitors with poor communication skills but these guys took the brunt of the hassle making it slightly easier. Very grateful to them for supporting us and making it happen for us. Would highly recommend this professional duo to anyone wishing to sell there homes.
Hi Amanda, Thank you so much for your fabulous review. We are so happy you had such a great experience with Charlie and Libby at Nest. Enjoy your new home! Nest

GoogleHand on heart cannot recommend Nest Associates Yeovil enough. From the first interaction to the last it has been brilliant. Not once did I feel like I was given a "salesmen's speech" everything was professional and to the point with what felt like honest answers. Super fast replies on any communication (9/10 it was within minutes! If it wasn't it was still super fast.) I personally feel like the house photos and social media content is far above any other I've seen they captured the house beautifully. All in all I highly recommend Nest Associates Yeovil and will definitely be using and reccomending them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for everything you've done to help us get into our new home.
Thank you Tom for your kind words about Josh and Tom, wishing you the best of luck in your new home.

GoogleWould highly recommend using Charlie and Libby at Nest. They made selling my property easy and stress free. As the property was rented out they liaised directly with the letting agents on my behalf ensuring the sale process moved forward as quickly as possible. This was most appreciated as I had moved away from the area and was able to complete the sale remotely. I was confident that they were acting in my best interest and carried on helping and advising even after the sale. Would happily sell or buy through them again.
Hi Grace, That is really great to hear. I am so glad you are happy with Libby and Charlie. Thank you for your review and best wishes for the future. Nest

GoogleCharlie and Libby sold my house in February but completely let this review slip my mind with the chaos of moving house and getting settled again, but one thing I can say for sure is the chaos and stress of moving would have been a 100 X more if it wasn’t for Charlie and Libby. They are both very professional but also make you feel comfortable and very understanding with the situations that may arise when selling a property. Can’t rate theses guys enough, both are fab and will definitely use them again in the future.
Thank you Lauren, it means a lot to us, and Libby and Charlie that you have sent this lovely review in amongst the chaos of moving and settling in. We completely understand what a big deal home moving is and we very much appreciate your kind words. Nest

GoogleWhy would you not choose a single committed agent to work for you, when the high street alternative is being 1 of 170 properties listed and reliance on the website ? Great advice, helpful conversations and an excellent sale outcome. We really appreciate all the work put in by Lyn and Matt's support.

GoogleRoss from Nest Associates gives you the personal touch that the larger Estate Agents can’t do. His unique way of showing your property on social media with his short video introductions, teases you into wanting to view the property. He is simply the best there is around, and I have no problem recommending Ross to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market.
