Hi Freddie and thank you for your review, We pride ourselves on taking the time to comprehensively review the competition and research the market to ensure our pricing is fair and in line with the competition. We are totally independent and privately owned and with this comes with honesty and integrity and we always strive to achieve the very best price from the best buyers for all of our clients. We also do not target any of our associates on the number of instructions they achieve unlike most other Estate Agencies and unfortunately with targets comes pressure to achieve those set and in many cases the result is to over price and over promise to win the business and then fall short! Our moral compass is firm and we will only ever provide fair honest and accurate advice to all of our customers. Best wishes, Gemma.
