GoogleHaving dealt with a lot of estate agents in our business and having lived in our house for more than two decades, we were somewhat apprehensive about finding an estate agent to market our home.
We interviewed three estate agents, and Caroline was the only one who had done her ‘homework’ on the history of our house, and who recognised the ‘added value’ in our property. This was reflected in the price she proposed, which meant that we achieved a very good price in a ‘difficult’ market.
If we had chosen one of the other agents we would have lost a significant sum of money based on their much lower valuations.
Although price is important, we also know (from our business experience), that it is not the only important aspect to buying and selling property.
For Caroline and her team it’s a personal service, and they worked tirelessly, going above and beyond, to get our sale over the line.
Caroline and her team believe communication is the key to making things work (as do we), but rather than the usual frustrating silence (when nobody knows what’s going on and why nothing it happening), Caroline and her team make it their business to find out the reason for any hold ups, ensuring all parties know about any issues, which means that solutions can be found, enabling the sale to progress.
We have nothing but praise for Caroline and her team and would not hesitate to recommend them if you are considering selling your property.

Unlike some other agents, who seem to have lost the above, she has been true to her word, kind, and straightforward.
