We had a hard time dealing with our own solicitors but Bill go over and beyond just to help us out and understand the process of buying our first home. He's been amazing in dealing with our solicitor. He was the one giving us all the the update all throughout. Thank you again. We are now all settled and loving the place we can call our own home🤗

TrustpilotGTH are useless.
GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.

With so many bad estate agents out there I feel like when you come across a decent one they deserve praise. GTH were great throughout our purchase. Bill (William Cosgrove) in particular pulled out all the stops to get us across the line in what proved a problematic chain. GoogleI found GTH as they were the local agents for a property I wanted to view. On making the first appointment they were flexible with my request for day and time and arrived early with a welcome and literature about the property for me to take away. The lady illa was well informed about the property and subsequent visits were also very helpful. Terry handled negotiations very professionally and gave some great advice regarding professional costs of Solicitors and Surveyors etc. This made the whole buying process simple. I will use them again in the near future as they deal with rentals too! Only slight criticism would be sometimes the phone isn't answered in the office but I guess that's because they are so busy!

GoogleA somewhat mixed experience, as it probably is for everyone 2022. Martyn Venner, who set up our sale, was very good. Whoever did the brochure made loads of schoolkid errors that needed correction (punctuation, spelling etc). Those who showed folks around were generally good. The ball was dropped over an offer that was made to us. Communication up to seven weeks or so before we hoped to exchange was dreadful. My emails were not replied to. Neither were pleas from my solicitor. Everything changed when Bill (William) Cosgrove, our 'Progressor', came on the scene. After a week or so to get up to speed them man was a legend at chasing the chain to get things moving. He was polite, firm and assertive (in totally the right way). In fact he was like a bloodhound- and I very much doubt our sale would have completed without him! So- all credit to him and others who helped! Thank you!! Top man, Bill! Overall, it still seems like an awful lot of money for what it is. My conveyancer worked like a trojan and got less than half the amount. Just my thoughts, though.

GoogleI recommend gth without hesitation or reservation. Why? From my initial visit to the gth office in Taunton to discuss their possible involvement in the sale of my property to the exchange (yesterday) all personnel at gth have been a pleasure to deal with. They have responded promptly and sensitively with all aspects of the sale, and liaised very efficiently with both myself and my conveyancing solicitors. The property sold had its complicating elements: these were navigated and dealt with in an exemplary fashion. Lastly, the personnel involved were always polite, helpful and friendly. The commission rate is competitive too!
