GoogleWe made initial contact for a probate valuation however despite the circumstances, they were very pushy until we signed them as agents to sell. Whilst a buyer was found quickly our concerns regarding this person was ignored and after 3 months they withdrew. False information given by that buyer was taken as true and passed by Connells to the next interested buyers without verifying with us, which ultimately affected our wishes. Communication was difficult until Connells ceased communicating at all and it was a hard slog to get things moving before completing 9 months down the line, at a time when properties were selling very quickly. We will never use them again or recommend them. They are only interested in the commission and don't want to know if there are any obstacles. No wonder Estate Agents have a bad reputation; Connells certainly lived up to that!

GoogleI can’t say enough good things about the team at Connells in Taunton. In the past I have had quite a few estate agents and none have come close to this one. They go out of their way to help you and keep you fully informed of every little thing. Simply brilliant! I really recommend you use this estate agents if you’re selling a property. So helpful, hard working and genuinely nice people. I never thought I’d ever buy cupcakes for any estate agent but these guys deserved it 😉 Many thanks.

GoogleWe received excellent service from the team at Connells in Taunton in the sale of our property. They persevered with our sale in very difficult circumstances (national lockdown forcing closure of the branch) but, despite this, they were always highly attentive to our needs and very committed. We would thoroughly recommend Connells based on our own experience of working with them. We did try other means of selling (different local agents, online agents, online auction) but Connells were by far the most professional and responsive. The Manager at the Connells branch in Taunton (Daniel Finberg) was extremely supportive and his efforts in particular resulted in a successful sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Professional, approachable, accessible, realistic, patient, forward thinking , kind - it costs nothing to use kind words and smile 😊, prompt, proactive, to listen AND hear is a rare skill and Daniel and Mahaela are very skilled 👍🏼In this way . The whole office never made me feel anything but important and having a valid point . Last of all despite having a lovely home in a desirable location Connells listened to me when I suggested an “ Open House” after almost a year on the market and through that negotiated a sale to completion. Yes we did sell for lower than we hoped but once all factors were clearly outlined by Daniel Finberg Manager at Connells Taunton it made perfect sense to move ahead and buy at a lower price than we had intended too at a very difficult blip in the market . Win Win in the end !! We moved in this week and we could not be happier 😊

They managed to find a buyer for our house within a couple of weeks and selling at full asking price which was higher than we expected. We also used their mortgage services for our onward purchase and the team where again very professional and helped us along the way. Would strongly recommend them to any one looking to buy or sell!

GoogleHighly recommend the team at Connells Taunton. They approached the sale of our property with a clear strategy, and a data driven focus of the local market. They showed a genuine interest in our circumstance and worked with us all the way. This particular branch does great credit to the estate agency profession. All round it was a very good experience. Not many people can say that about selling property!

Despite trying multiple "free" brokers none could be bothered to understand my complicated employment situation with a foreign company as a UK contractor. Phil knew exactly what information to gather for the lenders and got me multiple offers within days. House completed last month and extras such as insurance all started automatically on completion. Highly knowledgable and highly recommended.
