GoogleI went through Connells Taunton and used Oli Taylor as my mortgage advisor. I would fully recommend especially as a first-time buyer as I was offered support and clear communication throughout the process. Also, his service was honest and professional at all times allowing me to receive the best mortgage lender suited to me. Any questions and queries were also answered fast and promptly making the process less daunting.

GoogleWhilst being served a two month notice in our old property, we were concerned with covid and Christmas that we wasn’t going to find another house, and was left extremely worried. Katie from Connells helped us massively with finding a new property, getting us in for a viewing and putting our names forward. We couldn’t thank her enough for what she has done over the past 2 months, not only is she quick with her responses on email, she updated us frequently and told us what was happening/what’s going on. Katie put our minds at rest, as she dealt with everything and for that I think she is a real asset to the team at connells. From Anna, who's been arranging all necessary appointments and without a fail answering every call or a message left . Mahaela - thank you for finding the best mortgage deal for me . Gabriel- he not only found and showed me around my dream home , but helped me with measurements and I'm sure if I've asked him to help with moving in, he would of ( Hahaha, I'm sorry Gabriel I'll never do that to you). Daniel - thank you for preparing all documents, dealing with solicitors and making it possible. I hope I am not your most awkward customer and thank you for the "welcome box". GoogleWe made initial contact for a probate valuation however despite the circumstances, they were very pushy until we signed them as agents to sell. Whilst a buyer was found quickly our concerns regarding this person was ignored and after 3 months they withdrew. False information given by that buyer was taken as true and passed by Connells to the next interested buyers without verifying with us, which ultimately affected our wishes. Communication was difficult until Connells ceased communicating at all and it was a hard slog to get things moving before completing 9 months down the line, at a time when properties were selling very quickly. We will never use them again or recommend them. They are only interested in the commission and don't want to know if there are any obstacles. No wonder Estate Agents have a bad reputation; Connells certainly lived up to that!

GoogleI can’t say enough good things about the team at Connells in Taunton. In the past I have had quite a few estate agents and none have come close to this one. They go out of their way to help you and keep you fully informed of every little thing. Simply brilliant! I really recommend you use this estate agents if you’re selling a property. So helpful, hard working and genuinely nice people. I never thought I’d ever buy cupcakes for any estate agent but these guys deserved it 😉 Many thanks.

GoogleWe received excellent service from the team at Connells in Taunton in the sale of our property. They persevered with our sale in very difficult circumstances (national lockdown forcing closure of the branch) but, despite this, they were always highly attentive to our needs and very committed. We would thoroughly recommend Connells based on our own experience of working with them. We did try other means of selling (different local agents, online agents, online auction) but Connells were by far the most professional and responsive. GoogleMy husband and I put our house on the market with the Taunton team and found all of them very helpful and friendly. They managed to find a buyer for our house within a couple of weeks and selling at full asking price which was higher than we expected. We also used their mortgage services for our onward purchase and the team where again very professional and helped us along the way. Would strongly recommend them to any one looking to buy or sell!
