I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house thanks to James and his team at White & Sons. The initial process to get my house listed took a couple of weeks with getting the EPC certification and professional photographs prior to producing the house brochure. However, it was all worth it as James and his team managed to obtain an acceptable offer just four days after the listing went live.Throughout the process, leading to contracts, James and his team have been thoroughly professional.
