GoogleMark came out and valued my property and was very professional and gave me options to market my property . We tried it at the higher valuation but then decided to reduce the price slightly and the property sold within 3 weeks of going on the market . Very pleased and the fee charged is very reasonable too.

GoogleI'm not sure where to start with this because there were so many things I could call out with regards to SHUJA and Wilkins. We were first time buyers and our previous property had fallen through, so we were now more apprehensive than ever. On my first appointment with Shuja, he could tell I was new and unsure and immediately made me feel at ease. I will quote him 'James, please call, text or WhatsApp me at anytime if you have any questions'. I will always remember that, however I think he did regret saying that haha. I instantly felt like he was a friend helping me out. When we neared completion, it was very tight to secure a previously agreed mortgage rate with the deadline approaching, Shuja actively chased up for a 5 day extension and as a result, I pay 2.85% as opposed to 4.3%. He single handedly ensured I completed because I would of needed to pull out at 4.3% I will definitely be getting back in touch with Shuja in around 4 1/2 years time for the remortgage. I think the above speaks for itself, but I will add, Shuja and Wilkins are definitely a company which can support you in the most professional manner as well as being very approachable. Amazing for those first time buyers who are apprehensive about diving in. Thanks again, Shuja.

GoogleI am currently in process of purchasing a property through Wilkins and the service I have received throughout the process has been exceptional. Special mentions to Rebekah and Grace who have done their upmost to speed the process along. One person I would particularly like to single out is Shuja who has helped me to sort my mortgage and insurance. Shuja has a natural talent to make the complex sound simple! He is very client centred and goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. I can truly say I have never met someone with such high standards of customer care. His calmness and attention to detail is something I am personally envious of! He is now my go to advisor for all things mortgage and insurance related and I look forward to working with him again. Buying a property is a stressful time but I can seriously say with this team behind you the whole thing becomes a lot calmer.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional, always find a reason to take more money from the deposit and also to pay extra even if you leave the house earlier with 1 month notice. Very dissapointed from Beth, one think she say but actually totally different she does. if somebody need to rent or sell better choose another agency from this only will be dissapointed.

GoogleWilkins were the only estate agent to take the time to talk to me when I was only tentatively looking to sell my house and view properties. They didn't try and cut me short on conversations where all other estate agents did when they found out I hadn't sold yet. My onward purchase was also through wilkins as the team let me see a property they thought I would like before the house even went on the market. Great service in particular, Harry. Good work!

GoogleI was looking for a rental property and had gone to many other estate agents, I gave wilkins my details and what I was looking for. Saw a couple of their properties but eventually they found me one in Kingsbury. Once they had taken the details I was looking for, they were the ONLY estate agent to contact me again regarding other suitable places I may like. I am now well and truly settled into my new home and Beth who over saw the whole transaction was a star, she even contacted me on her days off when she should have been enjoying her time with her family. GoogleRecently sold my house with Wilkins and I can't recommend them enough. I first met with mark who was very professional at all times, made me feel totally at ease, very friendly, helpful and always on the other end of the phone if needed. Also, Harry who showed potential buyers around my home, lovely young gentleman, always showed up with a smile on his face. Also spoke with a few members of the team on the phone, all have been extremely helpful and polite. I really can't recommend this estate agents enough if you want to buy or sell your house.

FacebookI can't recommend Wilkins enough, the service they gave us for our recent house sale was exceptional. We were in a stressful situation where we had a matter of days left to sell our house before we lost the chance to buy our dream home. I contacted Wilkins, explained the situation and they moved heaven and earth to get us sold. Within three days of listing with them they'd sold our house for the full asking price. This is after being listed with another estate agent for the best part of 6 months. They keep you constantly informed and seem to work 24/7 going on the time some of the messages came through. You really feel like a valued customer and that they are doing everything they can to generate interest in your property. If you're thinking of selling just save yourself the hassle and use Wilkins.

I have recently sold one of my properties in Tamworth and I achieved a fantastic price on this property - very pleased! So far they have all been excellent.
