GoogleBuyer beware with this estate agent. We attempted to purchase a vacant and chain free property (as they advertised and reassured us many times), but that wasn’t true. When asked if they do any due diligence checks on the sellers, we were told that’s not their job. We tried to formally complain but have been ignored. Thousands lost in fees and they don’t care.

GoogleNot only is the team at Wilkins the epitome of excellent customer service they are without question the best Estate Agents we have ever used. My advice to anyone would be that if you think all Estate Agents are the same, trust me, they are not and if you truly want to sell your house, be kept informed and supported at every step of the way Wilkins should be your choice. An energetic, fun and motivated team who were a pleasure to work with. Just to name a few @Josh, @Ben W, @Lucy, @Becky, @Emerson, @James who did a fantastic job. A sincere thank you from Michelle and I. 🙂
