GoogleTaylor Cole were recommended to us by our Mortgage Advisor. They were brilliant from first phone call to completion. Always cheerful, professional and able to give assurance when things seem stressful. Within two weeks, our house was listed and perfect buyers were found for us to be able to make our forward move. Thanks to all the team.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel you have had a bad experience with Taylor Cole Estate Agents. We treat all clients who contact our office as prospective purchasers with great respect and will go the extra mile to do all we can to help each and everyone one of them in finding their dream home. We take negative feedback very seriously but we must state that this is most certainly an uncommon circumstance especially after being awarded Tamworth and Staffordshire's Best Estate Agent for customer service last year. With regards to your comments, looking back through your profile that we have on our office system stating all your past dealings with ourselves, we understand that you offered on two separate properties and unfortunately missed out on both properties after each seller opting to proceed with different clients due to their buying position. Please note, Taylor Cole always forward offers in an impartial manner and always allow the sellers of the property to have the final say on who’s offer they wish to accept. Finally, may we please take this opportunity to apologies for the experience that you feel you have had and should you wish to contact us to talk further we would love to hear from you.

GoogleUnlawful blanket refusals to DSS clients. Against the law under the 2010 Equality Act, diabolical.

GoogleTraditionally Estate Agents were as unpopular as the taxman. This one is different and worth every penny of their fee!
