GoogleTaylor Cole Estate agents are a very efficient and friendly company to have dealings with. Everyone i came into contact with during a very long and difficult sale process impressed me with their genuine efforts in keeping things progressing to what in the the end was a successful sale. I must give Laura a special mention as she kept me motivated as at times i could not see an end to the situation. Well done to everyone in the office.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Taylor Cole both personally and professionally, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
In my opinion, moving house can be a stressful and emotional experience. Partnering with an independent agent who genuinely has your best interests at heart makes all the difference. Taylor Cole are honest, reliable, and committed to doing right by their customers!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and horrible people to deal with and poor sales tactics we had agreed a sale with seller but they made us wait weeks to see if our offer was accepted to try and get someone bidding against us to push the price higher a risky technique as we nearly dropped out from the indecisiveness avoid at all costsNegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hi Mr Power,
In response to your review, we take all feedback and reviews very seriously and we’ll always extend an invitation for any client to contact us so we can personally talk through any circumstances that are of concern to them.
As our other reviews show, we are known for our exceptional customer service, so we regret to hear that this is not how you feel.
We have looked into your case and are fully aware that you made an acceptable offer on one of our properties back in April, stating you had a completed chain below you. This, through no fault of your own, was not the case. We asked for your documentation and proceeded to verify the chain, and when we found you were not in a position to proceed, made you aware of this.
We had also made you aware that the property in which you had offered on remained on the open market until we had received all the documents requested.
You originally viewed the property in March, before the national lockdown. Whilst in lockdown, even though the property remained on the market, no other viewings could be arranged due to lockdown restrictions. When restrictions were eased, you advised us that you still had an “open” chain and therefore not in a position to proceed with the purchase of the property. Viewings began again on the property in question.
The property you offered on was proving to be a very popular, attracting several interested buyers and indeed more offers were received for the property.
Ultimately, it was the seller who decided that they wished to proceed with an alternative offer. On this particular occasion, there were two other buyers, including yourself, who would end up disappointed. However, we would stress and emphasise it was very much the owners decision on who they wished to sell to and for what price they wished to sell for.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, please don’t hesitate to contact one of the Directors at Taylor Cole Estate Agents, Jason Taylor or Jonathan Cole, on 01827 311412.
Kind regards,

GoogleIt's unacteptable how this agency treats people. Me and my fiance were one of the first to see the house for sale, we had to wait for the agency to gather enough people interested in the house to arrange the viewing. Instead, we got a call a week later, saying the house was sold, and no one contacted us during that week. Really ?! It's about buying a house, which is rather important to people, but this agency has treated us like garbage.

GoogleHaving Taylor Cole for both the sale and purchase of our house move has been nothing but positive!
The team are incredibly reliable, friendly and helpful. Always happy to assist with any question, big or small and guide and support you through each part of the process often going over and above. Taylor Cole are extremely knowledgeable and highly proactive in ensuring all processes are dealt with between all involved, alleviating many of the stresses of the most important and stressful thing that buying and selling a house could be.
We had viewed many different properties and the Taylor Cole team were always the most friendly and helpful, leaving us in no doubt to use them for the sale of our property and our preferred agent to also purchase from.
I would not hesitate to use them again and we highly recommend them, they will see your house move through to the end with upmost support and professionalism.
