GoogleWe rented at property with Northwood Tamworth and stayed there for 7 years. Andy and Antoinette were our main contacts and were always very polite, courteous and helpful. We rarely had any issues with them, they were always happy to work around me when it came to inspections of the property, even when I worked night shifts and needed to sleep in the day, they would come at a time I requested.
The only negatives I would state was an ongoing problem with our outside tap. They would often send someone to fix it but it wasn’t a permanent fix, therefore the plumber would keep coming back. Also the 3 monthly inspections seemed extreme...
Otherwise it was an absolute pleasure having them as our estate agents and they have always been on the other end of the phone.

Northwood, Tamworth are absolutely fantastic. ALL of the team are welcoming, warm and totally approachable. Moving home can be a scary experience especially when you involve children. You won't find anything scary about 'The A Team' at Tamworth. They listen to you, they talk through EVERYTHING with you:- fees, availability, suitability, monthly rent and bills, what is going to be best for you and your family, including pets. When every other Letting Agent in the Tamworth area had closed their doors on us, they found us accommodation and helped us to move again and are in the process of helping us with our third move. It is their personalities and professionalism that make us go back to them every time. In our opinion, they are the best, better than ALL the rest.

Very poor agent. They care very little for the tenant and so much more for the landlord. Staff are lacking knowledge in property field and are very rude. They claim to be on first name terms with all tenants. Well yes if that means been patrionising by calling them by their first name without permission. High fees and suspect tactics used. One to definitely avoid.

We have never sold a property in the WS14 postcode, and furthermore, never sold a property for £196,000. We work on fixed fee basis and do not have any links to a broker. Also, we do not and have never employed a Jadine Walbrook so can only assume that you have perhaps got the wrong agent.
