GoogleThis was my first real move and honestly it was pretty simple as the people at Belvoir made all the paperwork and payment requirements easy to understand. Along with dates and such that allowed us to prepare for a move ahead of time and never left us clueless either.

GooglePaul at Belvoir has been excellent to work with selling my house. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out due to their chain been broken. But this didn't defeat Paul, he sold it again for a second time round and managed to get the full asking price that I so desperately needed in order to purchase my next property. Not only did he sell my house, but went above and beyond to assist with the surveyors and also the key collection on the day of completion. You won't find a better estate agents around. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone. Thank you for such a smooth transaction. 5* service and would give 10* if I could!

GoogleI've recently sold a property via Belvoir Tamworth after using their lettings services as a landlord for 10 years. In the 10 years using their lettings services the team were excellent in finding great tenants who paid on time and kept the property clean and tidy. Belvoir just got on with managing the property and dealing with the tenants with myself very rarely needing to get involved. When it came to selling, I worked with Belvoir again who found me a buyer straight away. The team there were easily contactable throughout the process and were professional and diligent in any dealings.
