I bought my bungalow through Paul at Belvoir 4 years ago. He looked after me really well as a buyer, so when i came to sell, was the obvious choice. No hard sell with inflated, unrealiatic sale price, unlike some others. Really pleased. He did all the viewings, kept the purchaser sweet, and solicitor was happy with him. Decent, friendly, honest bloke. Kept the stress to a minimum. Wouldnt hesitate to sell through him again.

From the word set go, Belvoir Estate agents have been consistently supportive and very proactive by ensuring that my purchase property were fully met. They also seemed to be a very compassionate, motivated and highly committed team by demonstrating great customer service. Where do I start, Belvoir Tamworth have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the initial phone call to completion the whole team couldn’t do enough for me and my family, in what is normally a very stressful occasion, these guys make it effortless. This is my first property I have sold so I was unsure what was involved. I choose Belvoir as they were a local estate agent for many years. When I spoke to Paul he was very helpful and when I didn’t understand things he was always available on the phone to explain things. I have rented this property out with various estate agents for many years and in the past have had problems with the estate agents showing people around the property. However this was not an issue with Belvoir as Paul showed everyone my property without any cancellations. I would highly recommend Paul at Belvoir.
