We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! Richard was very helpful, honest and worked very hard throughout the whole process, from marketing our property and finding a buyer, to providing prompt assistance with issues that arose during the conveyancing process. Richard was very personable and easy to contact, and his fees were reasonable.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Myself and my housemate were renting and received awful, awful service. We were given no support for the many issues we had, including no hot water or heating through Christmas and Winter, and a two meter crack in the kitchen ceiling, which also resulted in that and the bathroom above being unsafe. We raised these issues time and time again with 'Julie', with absolutely no support. Eventually being given a 'No-Fault' Section 21 Notice, just before Christmas.

GoogleRented a house with them a couple of years ago and the agent was rude, unresponsive, and refused to answer clearly to our questions (I suppose they weren't sure about the answer but didn't want to admit it). Fortunately, the landlord was much more responsive, though rightfully upset about having to do the agency's job. We thought it was just that particular agent being unprofessional, but we recently booked a viewing with the sales team and the agent that showed us around was equally awful: he just looked at his phone the whole time we were there and made us feel like he was making us a huge favour being there. Glad we didn't end up buying the property and hopefully won't ever have to deal with Newman Properties again.
