This is absolutely not the standard of service we expect to deliver, and we fully understand how upsetting and disappointing this must have been. We also apologise that any restrictions around appointment numbers were not clearly communicated in advance, which understandably added to your frustration. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken very seriously. Your details have been passed to the adviser’s line manager, who will be in contact with you directly to address your concerns. Once again, we are very sorry for your experience and for the poor impression this visit has left.
